CSA MEMBER AGREEMENT:<\/p>\n
When I submit my form, I understand and agree to the following:<\/p>\n
(1) each week, my share will consist of an assortment of produce, depending on crop maturity and seasonal availability. I understand this availability is subject to weather, field conditions, and crop failure.<\/p>\n
(2) All of the produce is grown at Nehmer’s Family Farm<\/p>\n
(3) I must use ALL my credit by November 11, 2023. Any remaining points at the end of the CSA season will be forfeit.<\/p>\n
(4) My payment is nonrefundable.<\/p>\n
(5) There is no member labor requirement, delivery charge, or additional fees.<\/p>\n
